Account Executive

Account Executives at The Alchemedia Project manage day-to-day client interaction, advocate strategic and creative principles, bring insight and value to the process and ensure all projects deliver with excellence. They need not be experts in either media or technology, but must have a working knowledge of how technology solutions integrate into online and offline marketing elements.

Requirements

  • BA, BS or MBA degree with emphasis in Marketing Communications, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 3-5 years marketing and/or agency experience with at least 2 years in an online marketing capacity
  • A basic understanding of Web technology platforms

Senior Web Developer

The Senior Web Developer supports the agency team in the successful creation of web-based solutions for our clients.  Collaborating with the Creative and Development teams, the Senior Web Developer efficiently executes the various programming and database deliverables called out in the technical requirements.  This professional identifies opportunities to improve both the development approach and the integrity of the final product. The Senior Web Developer utilizes the latest methodologies in Web-application development, in a best-in-class production environment, to deliver value that makes a positive impact our client’s business.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business Management or related area; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 5 – 7 years or equivalent working knowledge and skill as developer/programmer, database programmer, web developer with at least 1 year in an agency/marketing capacity.
  • Established analytical skills for evaluating improvements to process and system flow.
  • Proficiency managing and manipulating robust data models
  • Demonstrated proficiency in UI construction, ensuring the integrity of the UI throughout the development lifecycle while optimizing with the user (SEO) top of mind
  • Established development language skill sets with the desire to learn new methodologies independently

Technical Knowledge

  • Software applications such as Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Excel, Adobe CS
  • Strong, proficient use of the following:
    • IIS
    • SQL Server, LINQ, Entity Framework
    • XML
    • ASP, VB, C#, .NET MVC
    • HTML 4/5 & CSS 2/3
    • Javascript/AJAX & JQuery
    • .NET and Visual Studioz
  • Familiarity and understanding of Apache, PHP and Wordpress
